INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We do not have control over customs and are therefore not able to be responsible for delays that may occur. Tracking information will be made available to you as soon as it is provided to us by our shipping partners.

APPROXIMATE SHIPPING TIMES

(Excludes weekends and public holidays)

USA: 3–8 business days (tracking available)
Rest of the world: 3–12 business days (tracking availability may vary)

Delayed delivery. In very rare instances, packages may take longer than the stated time frame. Shipping times and unexpected delays en route are outside our control; we appreciate your understanding and patience.
If there are no tracking updates for more than 30–60 business days, we will ship a replacement package at no additional cost.

Delays are more likely during peak holiday seasons (November–December), major promotions, or other high-volume periods.

PROCESSING TIME VS. SHIPPING TIME

Processing time: 3–5 business days (separate from shipping time).
Orders generally take 4–6 business days to be fully processed (checked, packed, handed to logistics, and dispatched).
After processing, the carrier picks up your package and you will receive an email with tracking information (allow up to 48 hours for tracking to activate).
During holidays or promotions, processing may take longer than usual.

CANCELLING AN ORDER

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled if it has already been processed.
If you cancel within 30 minutes before processing, a $20 transaction fee per order applies.
If we confirm your order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled.
For cancellation requests, please email us as soon as possible after placing your order.
