We are committed to delivering your order as quickly and safely as possible. Please review our international shipping and order cancellation policy below.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We do not have control over customs and are therefore not responsible for any delays that may occur during transit.
Tracking information will be shared with you as soon as it is provided by our shipping partners.
APPROXIMATE SHIPPING TIMES
(Excludes weekends and public holidays)

USA: 3–8 business days (tracking system available)

Rest of the world: 3–12 business days (tracking availability may vary)
In rare cases, delivery may take longer than expected.
We are unable to control shipping times and any unexpected delays that may occur en route.
If there are no tracking updates for more than 30–60 business days, we will ship a replacement package at no additional cost.
Please note that delays may occur during busy holiday seasons (November–December), large promotions, or other high-volume periods.
We kindly ask for your understanding and patience during such events.
PROCESSING TIME VS. SHIPPING TIME
Please note that processing time (3–5 business days) is different from shipping time, and should be added to your total delivery time.
Orders generally take 4–6 business days to be fully processed — checked, packed, and forwarded to the logistics carrier.
In rare instances, processing time may take longer than expected, especially during holidays or promotional campaigns.
We always strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible.
CANCELLING AN ORDER
Once an order has been placed, we cannot cancel it if it has already been processed.
If an order is cancelled within 30 minutes before it is processed, a $20 transaction fee per order will apply.
If we confirm that your order has already been processed, it cannot be cancelled.
Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order if you wish to request a cancellation.
